Learn how the harbour works logistically

Its time for ships, boats and harbours. The Maritiem Museum, found at De Blaak shows the century old maritime history of Rotterdam. Its one of those interactive museums where you can explore on your own pace on your own route. But. If you have kids you really have to visit this museum! Kabouter Plons is a permanent part of the exhibition. Especially made for kids they can sail their own boat, drive a truck. And learn how the harbour works logistically. Situated on the rooftop of the museum (both in- and outside) you as a parent have a good view of the city while your kids are having fun loading a container on a boat.
