Mario Ridder and Pelle Swinkels are the initiators of this particular restaurant. For Mario Ridder is this his fourth restaurant in Rotterdam. In addition to star restaurant Yulia (Coolsingel) CEO Boss of the flesh (Katendrecht) and CEO Boss of the lunch (Karel Doormanstraat). Together with his former sous-chef Pell Swinkels he devised this new concept. He finds it a challenge to a young chef on the way to help with his experience, not only helpful by culinair but especially as a entrepreneur.
