Amarone’s interior is light and open but at the same time it has a warm touch. Mirrors and large Windows create a feeling of space. It is the open kitchen, the fireplace, comfortable chairs give that Amarone the warmth and cosiness. A young team in the control ensures a relaxing contact with guests.

The kitchen of Amarone is French-Mediterranean, with an emphasis on French cuisine. Chef Gert Blom has a light style of cooking. In his “signatures”, such as the thinly sliced Scallops with hazelnut, truffle and a foam of pecorino or the “Fricassee of veal heart-thymus and a sauce of PX” comes his classical training and light style of cooking most strongly forward. The chef is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine.
